Cowen Latitude is seeking highly motivated and academically accomplished candidates to join our Advisory Group as Investment Banking Managers. Working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and bi-cultural environment, the successful candidate will focus on providing investment banking services to high-growth companies in China, the world's fastest-growing economy. The successful candidate will be working to support the Directors of the Firm in all phases of transaction work; including pitch preparation, financial modeling, due diligence preparation, memorandum writing and valuation analysis. The successful candidate must have strong quantitative as well as qualitative skills.

Requirements:

• MBA holder from a top tier university
• 2 years of work experience as an Analyst at an Investment Bank, Management Consultancy, or International Accounting Firm
• Fluency in written Chinese and oral Mandarin
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Currently a resident in Hong Kong or mainland China
